Worldline selected by TfL to deliver next generation passenger information on the new Elizabeth line

London, 20th January 2017 - Worldline, [Euronext: WLN], selected to deliver next generation customer travel information service in partnership with TfL across 22 Elizabeth line stations.

Worldline, an Atos brand, is pleased to announce it has been selected to work with TfL to launch the latest innovation in passenger travel information services. Initially the service will be provided at stations on the TfL Rail route between Liverpool Street and Shenfield which will become part of the Elizabeth line when it opens through central London in December 2018.

This new service will provide customers with a broader range of localised travel, news and assistance information which will enhance the customer experience and make travelling on the new line a more pleasurable experience.

TfL have signed a 4 year managed service contract in which Worldline will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of information screens, together with the provision of a central Content Management System. The solution has the ability to display a broad range of information feeds, as well as richer content such as video, thus giving TfL passengers a new level in relevant and useful information in a clear and digestible format. In addition, station staff will have the ability to provide localised messaging depending on individual station circumstances.

Lisa Coleman, Worldine UK&I CEO said: “We always aim to be at the forefront of customer centric innovation and this is a great opportunity for us to bring that focus to TfL passengers. I am delighted that we will be working together to provide the Elizabeth line with a solution which will improve the customer journey by the provision of such a range of information that is both contextual and relevant to their journey
