Executive Committee



The role of the Executive Committee is to develop and implement the Group's strategy, while delivering service quality and added value to the Group's projects for the benefit of its clients, shareholders and employees. It is also charged with improving interaction and cooperation among the Group's three global business lines and among the different geographic markets where the Group does business.


The composition of the Group's Executive Committee is as follows:

Gilles Grapinet
Chief Executive Officer
Gilles Grapinet is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration and a French Inspecteur Général des Finances. He was Director of Information Systems and Strategy at the French Direction Générale des Impôts (Tax Department) and Director of the Copernic program, charged with creating an “e-Tax department” for electronic filing of tax returns and payment of taxes. He was an economic and financial adviser to the French Prime Minister in 2003 and 2004, then Chief of Staff to two ministers of Economy and Finance, from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, he joined the Executive Committee of France’s Crédit Agricole SA bank, in charge of strategy and, later, of the group’s Systems and Payment Services division. Mr. Grapinet joined Atos in December 2008. He currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Global Functions for the Atos Group, in which capacity he has headed Global Support Functions, ensured coordination and development of Global Sales and Marketing and of the Consulting and Technology Services division and supervised development of the Group’s activities. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Worldline since July 2013. Gilles Grapinet was decorated Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur in 2011.



Marc-Henri Desportes
General Manager
Marc-Henri Desportes is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris. He was Deputy Program Director of the Copernic program at the French Ministry of Finance from 2000 to 2005 then, from 2005 to 2006, took charge of audit coordination at BNP Paribas. Mr. Desportes then became Chief Information Officer at BNL, the Italian subsidiary of BNP Paribas. He joined the Atos Group in 2009 as Director of the Global Innovation Business Development & Strategy (GIBS) Global Business Line, becoming Director of the High Technology Settlement Services and Specialized Activities business unit in July 2011. Mr. Desportes became a member of the Executive Committee of Atos SE and, in July 2013, Senior Executive Vice President of Worldline. He was appointed Worldline’s General Manager in 2014.




Christophe Duquenne
Chief Technical Officer and Chief Operation Officer
Christophe Duquenne is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale in Paris. He joined Atos in 1987 and has held numerous managerial positions there. After directing the Group’s French activities for six years, he joined the global management team in July 2011. Mr. Duquenne is a member of the Executive Committee of Atos SE and was appointed CTO of Worldline in July 2013. He was also responsible for Worldline’s Merchant Services & Terminals Global Business Line, before being appointed as the Group’s Chief Operation Officer in 2016, in addition to his role as Chief Technical Officer.




Patrice Gry
Head of Human Resources
Patrice Gry is a graduate of France’s Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace. Having begun his career at Air France, as an operational engineer, he went on to take on various HR roles within Air France. In 1991, he joined France’s Crédit Agricole bank, where he became head of Executive Management and Training. Recruited by JCDecaux (a group specialized in outdoor advertising), he spent 11 years as the Group HR Director and then became Assistant General Manager of Operations for a subsidiary. In 2008, he became HR Director for the Darty Group, then, in 2012, joined the Bull Group, again as HR Director. In 2014, Atos acquired Bull and Patrice Gry became HR Director of Worldline in September 2015, having piloted Bull’s integration into the Atos Group.




Eric Heurtaux
Chief Financial Officer

Eric Heurteaux is a graduate from Ecole des Mines de Paris and holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group. For more than 12 years within the Atos Group, he held several positions among which driving the Group TOP program, enhancing Atos operational performance and conducting the integration of aquired companies in Atos, in particular Bull. Eric was previously Chief Financial Officer of Atos Big Data & Security (BDS) division, a 650 million €+ global business, where he was responsible for strategic and financial planning, financial controlling and reporting, internal control, tax & corporate development. As Worldline Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the company's finance and accounting organizations and is also in charge of the TEAM efficiency program alongside the IT and purchasing departments.



Michael Steinbach
CEO equensWorldline
Michael Steinbach began his career in payments at the GZB-Bank in Stuttgart, where he rose to become head of Electronic Payments in 1985. Since then, he has headed increasingly large and complex payment divisions formed by mergers in the German banking world, becoming a director of Germany’s DZ BANK AG in 2003 – where he headed the Payments department. He has been spokesman of the Board of Directors of the Transaktionsinstitut für Zahlungsverkehrsdienstleistungen AG since July 2003. Becoming Deputy Chairman of Equens in 2006, Michael Steinbach went on to become Chairman and, in January 2012, CEO of Equens. Mr. Steinbach is a member of many national and international payment committees, holds a seat on the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank Nederland NV and is Chairman of the International Payments Framework Association (IPFA). He became CEO of equensWorldline in 2016.



Vincent Roland
Managing Director for Merchant Services & Terminals
Vincent Roland studied electrical and electronic engineering and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA. He has attended several schools in Europe, such as the University of Leuven (Belgium), Solvay Business School (Belgium), the London School of Economics and the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. As Head of the Merchant & Services Business Line and member of Worldline Group executive committee, Mr. Roland is responsible for leading Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line in its goal to become the market leader in Europe. With more than 18 years of experience in the payment industry, Vincent Roland served recently as Senior Vice President Payment Services for Verifone. Before joining Verifone, he served as the senior vice president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at First Data. Prior to this role, he was the CEO at Banksys prior to their acquisition by Atos Worldline. Mr. Roland began his career with Alcatel, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including senior management roles and vice president of microelectronics.




Olivier Stuckens
Managing Director for Mobility & e-Transactional Services
Olivier Stuckens is a graduate of the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and the University of Huddersfield in England. He joined the Atos Group in 1992 and, until 2005, performed various managerial roles in the areas of media and banking/finance. As from 1999, his duties related to transaction-services platforms for large international accounts. He then contributed to the development of Atos Worldline’s Health sector business, creating and managing the Santeos consortium GIE. Olivier Stuckens was Director of the Telecom, Utilities and Media business unit in France, from 2006, before being appointed head of Worldline’s Mobility & e-Transactional Services Global Business Line in 2013.




Pascal Mauzé

Head of Sales and Marketing
After graduating as an engineer at Telecom Bretagne in 1993 and a management degree at Paris Dauphine University, Pascal started his career in 1994 as a network consultant, and as from 1999 as a BU Manager for Admiral (later LogicaCMG, now CGI). After a training in international management at HEC, he joined Cisco in 2000, where he developed service partnerships for the telecom business in France and Belgium. In 2002, he returned to LogicaCMG, where he took over the BU for the main Finance accounts. In January 2005, after 11 years of service experience, he joined Ingenico as Country Manager France where he developed end-to-end solutions for banks and retail, in partnership with telecom operators.
In September 2006, he joined the Telecom division of Atos SI, in charge of the Orange account, allowing him to sign the first major offshore opportunities. In January 2009, he took responsibility for the EDF account, which turnover doubled within three years, thanks to the signing of numerous integration projects and 4 mega deals in infrastructure outsourcing in France and in UK.
In parallel, he trained to become Certified Coach, and took responsibility of the Energy & Utilities France market in 2010, which then realizes an year on year growth of 10%. At the end of 2012, he was asked to lead the Atos group's growth and industrialization program under the supervision of Gilles Grapinet and then Patrick Adiba.
In July 2015, he is recruited by Accenture to develop Energy & Utilities sales for France and Benelux.
He was appointed Head of Sales and Marketing of Worldline in 2017.



Charles-Henri de Taffin
General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance
Charles-Henri spent 9 years in the international law firm, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he was specialized in both domestic and international corporate transactions and also acquired an extensive experience in dispute resolution. Charles-Henri received a Postgraduate Degree (D.E.A.) in business law from the University of Paris X –Nanterre and a Postgraduate Degree (D.E.S.S.) in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.



Lisa Coleman
CEO of Worldline UK
Lisa Coleman joined the Atos group in 1992, performing various managerial roles in the UK public sector that included personal delivery of major Government Programs. She also took overall resposability for business development and growth in the UK health sector. Since joining Worldline in 2014, Lisa has responsability for all activities within the UK and Ireland which includes significant contracts to the transport and hospitality market. In addition, since 2017 her scope includes the Groups Mobility & Transactional Services business in Germany and Austria.



Wolf Kunisch
Chief Operation Officer and Deputy CEO for equensWorldline and
Managing Director for Worldline Germany & CEE
Wolf Kunisch is a graduate of the Technische Universität Berlin and of the MBA program of INSEAD. He began his career as a project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Stuttgart, Germany and in Paris. Joining the Atos Group in 2000, he performed management functions in innovative and international business development. Mr. Kunisch is currently responsible for Worldline’s Financial Processing & Software Licensing Global Business Line as well as the Group’s German and Eastern Europe geographical zones and has been in charge of Worldline in Germany since 2010 and in Austria since 2013. He became both COO and Deputy CEO for equensWorldline in 2016.




Claude France
Head of Operations of Worldline France
Claude France is a graduate from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble. She started her carreer in the telecom sector at Alcatel and joined the Atos group in 1988 where she held various operational and commercial positions. After having managed the French Financial Processing and Software Licensing business upon the creation of Worldline in2004, she then directed for 5 years the strategy, the marketing and the business development of Worldline Group. Since July 2011, she manages the business of the Worldline Group in France.
